Your Office Visit

Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and periodic Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm We will do our best to accommodate your emergency as well. Dr. Young does not belong to any insurance plans. However, approximately two-thirds of his patients have dental insurance which allow out of network benefits. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you and will do our best to see that you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Payment is expected at time of service. We accept payment by check, Visa, Master-card, and American Express.

Dr. Chan will accept payment from several dental PDO plans such as Aetna, Metlife, Cigna and Delta dental. Some plans cover 100% while others involve a co-payment or deductible which is due at the time of services rendered. Please provide your insurance information along with your photo id.

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations.
